Restylane is a gel volume filler using dextrose and a non-animal based hyluronic acid. Restylane is designed to correct skin imperfections as wrinkles and lines. It enhances lip volume, a little or a lot. It is used to pump up, fill, and restore fullness to pits, lines, and depressions of skin. Risks of an allergic reaction or other problems are very low. It was approved by the FDA over ten years ago and constant monitoring shows it safe. Restylane has been used over a million times. You may be very surprised at who you know is using Restylane.
Restylane must be carefully injected by an experienced physician into the superficial part of the skin. It is much like pancake syrup in a syringe that gets semi firm with time. It is pushed deeper into the dermis, so color matching and wrinkle correction at the surface is not a problem. It corrects facial wrinkles and deep facial creases such as the nasal-labial folds located between the nose and edges of the mouth. It restores volume, firmness, and young smooth curves of the skin. Restylane is bio-degradable, breaking up into water and CO2. It does not have any of the negative side effects caused by many silicone-based types of fillers. Silicone based fillers later could possibly leave sand like grittiness in the skin. Botox is a muscle relaxant. It is used with Broad Band Light (BBL) and laser technology for skin pigmentation reduction, acne, facials, hair removal, and resurfacing, these make fantastic and dramatic facial combinations that change your look and confidence.
Scar tissue is sometimes broken up for later injections. Several days after the treatment, the gel can still be molded and shaped to correctly re-shape the skin. It usually last for up to six months. Recommended are two yearly treatments with decreasing quantities as the tissue adjusts and improves. The tissue below abnormalities breaks up and the body deposits natural resources after each procedure. Healing can often restore the surface to its natural contour. Lip enhancement can be days to weeks to completely mature. This allows you to be the judge of when and how much and exactly when to stop or add more at any time you chose.
Restylane and Botox are a winning combination. They can be used on patients before and/or after laser therapy. Patients are moved to discuss treatment options and questions with the physician prior to any procedure. Situations may require specific combination. Specific treatment is tailored to the exact needs of each person. It is used by physicians, attorneys, entertainers, and men and women in the corporate world to enhance their looks and possibly give them the confidence their success demands.
It is not recommended for pregnant or breast-feeding women. Do not use on patient under age of 18. Patients using Restylane should not take aspirin, anti-inflammatory medication, vitamin E, or Saint John's Wort within two weeks prior to and one week after treatment. Minor redness and swelling of the injected areas may occur and last for a few days. Excessive exposure to sunlight and low temperatures should be avoided in the few days following treatment. Patients suffering from cold sores may experience a flare-up of the condition in treated areas. These episodes can be treated with anti-viral medication prior to and during treatment. Sometimes, topical anesthetics and specialized thermal effects can be used for comfort in very sensitive areas or by request, thereby making the procedure easy and comfortable.

I am looking to purchase a Pentax K7 with the Pentax Pentax smc DA 16-50mm F2.8 ED/AL (IF) SDM lens. My question is, will this have a full 16mm wide angle, or will it have the 35mm equivalent of 24.5mm?

I dont know the exact crop factor on the K7 but at 16mm the lens will have the field of view of around a 24mm lens. The K7 is an APS-c sensor camera like most consumer DSLRs.

BandH photo has a great price on the Pentax K-x kit with the 50-200mm lens, but they only have it in black. Is there any way to get the same price but in white or navy blue?
If not black, the K-x is more expensive. There are actually 100 color combinations aside from red, white, blue and black but is mainly limited to Japan. You can ask your Pentax distributor to import one for you. Of course it will be much more expensive.

Fujifilm Finepix S3100 is a 4-megapixel SLR camera with up to six times optical zoom. Many user reviews say that the FinePix S3100 produces quality photos which look great even when enlarged to 8x10 dimensions, granted that you operate the camera correctly. Many users also point out that the camera needs around three seconds of "machine warmup" before your subject appears in the viewfinder or LCD screen. The FinePix S3100 has a viewfinder that is pretty accurate, but you may also toggle the image to the 1.5-inch LCD screen with just a push of a dedicated button at the back of the camera. The S3100 also has auto-focus and auto-exposure, which you can access and turn on by pushing the shutter button halfway for a couple of seconds until a confirmation on the adjustments appears. Then you can push the button all the way down and take a picture. It's recommended to use the automatic adjustments because sometimes failing to do so results in not-so-great-looking pictures.
The downside to using the auto-adjustments feature is that the image in the LCD or viewfinder freezes for a second or two, so it's an ineffective way of taking action shots or photos of moving subjects. This is why the S3100 itself is not recommended for those who intend to use their camera mostly for action or spontaneous photography. The camera has five picture size or quality settings and three sharpness settings or levels to choose from. There are also four scene modes: night, portrait, red-eye reduction, and synchro flash modes which includes suppressed or forced flash modes.
The S3100 also allows you to take short video clips but without sound. The camera comes with a 16mb memory card which will allow you to save eight high-quality pictures or 16 medium-quality ones. If you're a beginner and you're decided on getting the Fujifilm FinePix S3100, you need not worry about knowing how it works because the 100-page manual discusses in detail how you can perform different operations.
Finepix S3100 is dubbed by many as the ideal Fuji SLR camera for the in-between types of photographers. By in-between we mean those who are neither beginners nor professional photographers. Professional photographers may not like the S3100 because manual adjustment of settings is limited, and some first-time SLR camera users may find the S3100 a bit complicated. People who prefer point-and-shoot type cameras might find the S3100 to be a bit troublesome.

Cheapest alternative to a high-end DSLR is a film SLR?
I've got a good point & shoot Digital camera and looking into a DSLR. I was checking out various boards for recommendations on getting a good deal on a DSLR. One photographer was thinking beyond the box so to speak, and said the best way to save money on a DSLR is to use a film SLR. Since I already have a Canon SLR with an excellent lens set, I'm thinking that using both cameras I already own (digital point & shoot and my Canon film SLR) can sure save me a lot of money. If I'm not going to go for a really high end DSLR (over $1,000 say), am I going to lose any quality with what the cameras I already own?
What I meant about investing in a $1,000 DSLR is that I'd rather not have to if it won't make all that much difference based on the two cameras I have now. My point & shoot digital works great for most situations and I can use my film SLR features for a lot of the features people buy the dslr's for.
Remember where the costs lie with film and digital. If you currently have a film SLR, you won't have any additional up front costs, but you will have ongoing costs of film, developing and printing. I live in Australia, and this works out to be about $15 per 24 exposure roll. You can only take about 65 rolls before you will have spent the same money as you might have for a good DSLR. Only you will know how long that will take.
In contrast, once you have purchased the DSLR, ongoing costs are minimal. There will be some printing costs, but you can be more selective about what you print. You can take almost unlimited shots and work out what to keep later.
As a comparison, I recently took a film SLR with me on holiday together with a point and shoot digital. I took about 17 rolls of film over six weeks, and about 500 digital images. In a similar period two years before I only took the point and shoot, and took over 1800 images. My good image ratio for film is about double that for digital, because I take more care with film to get everything right. With a digital, I will take brackets of five, rather than three, and take a series of shots when I am on a bus to get a single good shot. Leave aside the fact that there was almost no cost, compared to about $200 for developing and printing for film just for this trip.
I like the combination, but I'm not so sure that it is good economics.
