my internet connection keeps cutting off?
For a few seconds when someone rings my landline or lifts the receiver to make a call. Im with BT and have a cable extension from my black broadband box to where the plug in is which I share with my telephone using a micro filter. I've changed both filters at the connection plug in and at my computer but its still the same. Its VERY annoying
Any idea what else it could be besides faulty filter connection?
First of all you need a filter in every extension where there is a phone plugged in.
Secondly one of them may be faulty.
